PHILADELPHIA, PA (October 19, 2022) – Today, the “I Have A Dream” Foundation (IHDF) announced the appointment of Otis Hackney as President and CEO, effective November 7, 2022. Mr. Hackney will succeed Eugena Oh, who has served in these roles since October 2017 and will continue to serve the organization as a member of its Board following the leadership transition.
