“I Have A Dream” Foundation Names Otis Hackney as New President and CEO

Hackney Most Recently Served as Chief Education Officer for the City of Philadelphia in the Mayor’s Office of Education and Has Been an “I Have A Dream” Board Member Since 2019

PHILADELPHIA, PA (October 19, 2022) – Today, the “I Have A Dream” Foundation (IHDF) announced the appointment of Otis Hackney as President and CEO, effective November 7, 2022. Mr. Hackney will succeed Eugena Oh, who has served in these roles since October 2017 and will continue to serve the organization as a member of its Board following the leadership transition.
