Our program is unique in that we follow the same group of children from an early age all the way to college, and we provide a comprehensive program of support along the way.

• Long-term. We hold ourselves accountable for the ultimate goal of college readiness. This goal drives all our work with Dreamers from the time we start working with them to the time they enroll in college;

• Inclusive. We do not "cherry-pick" students - rather, we welcome all students who were in the class at the time of sponsorship, doing whatever it takes to ensure their success;

• Comprehensive. We take a comprehensive, systems-based approach. While we focus our efforts on our Dreamers' academic success, we build life skills and address ongoing needs to ensure that our students can focus on their education; and

• Leveraged. We take the promise of college to inspire others to expand their vision for our Dreamers. A myriad of partnerships at the local and national levels ensure an integrated continuum of support for our students on their pathway to college.
