The "I Have A Dream" Foundation does not accept scholarship applications from individuals. Because our programs sponsor entire groups of students that are identified when the students are still in the early elementary grades, individual students cannot "apply" to become Dreamers, and "I Have A Dream" does not offer financial aid or scholarships to non-Dreamers.
