Setting Overarching Direction
The national Foundation develops the overarching vision, goals, and strategy for the "I Have A Dream" network to ensure that we are having the greatest possible impact at both the affiliate and national levels.  

Maximizing Network Performance
The national Foundation supports affiliate efforts to increase impact and ensure sustainability over time by:

• Identifying, distilling and sharing best practices
• Providing training and technical support to enhance programming and operations
• Leading evaluation and continuous improvement efforts across the network

Building Our Brand and Visibility
The national Foundation works proactively to raise the overall visibility of "I Have A Dream", representing "I Have A Dream" to the media, to other organizations, and to the public.
